Do you provide international delivery? Yes, we do! All of our delivery options will be found when you go through to pay for your order.

What is your returns policy? Please click here to review our returns policy.

Do you offer any student discount? Unfortunately at this time we don't offer a student discount, however keep your eyes peeled for our Instagram page for our great discounts and offers!

My promotional code isn't working. If you're promotional code isn't working then please contact us directly via email and we will look into this for you.

What are your delivery options? We send every parcel with DPD courier unless its needed for Saturday delivery then it would be sent special delivery with royal mail.

My order is late. If this is the case then please contact us directly via email or phone and we will track your delivery. Enquiries@verityanne.co.uk

How do I return my item/s by post? Please click here to view our returns policy.

My item is faulty but it's past the 14 days. What do I do? Unfortunately if you have had your item for over 14 days we will not accept the request for a refund as we feel 14 days is sufficient to spot any faults.

Do you have a sizing guide? Size guided is available online. We offer 6-12 UK size 

How do I wash my items? All VerityAnne items are handwash ONLY. If items are washed in a machine or dry cleaned then VerityAnne cannot be held liable for any breakage or changes in the material texture.

I'm from outside the UK and I have paid more in my currency than in pounds. Why is this? This is due to the exchange rate, if your currency is currently worth less than GBP then your item will look as though it is costing you more when in fact, it isn't. Our standard shipping and multiple shipping options are Royal Mail Proof of Postage, although a cheaper option the packages rarely go missing.

Can you do custom made dresses? Unfortunately VerityAnne does not do custom made dresses, we only make the products available on our website.

How do I make a complaint? If you would like to file a formal complaint with VerityAnne then please email verityanneclothing@hotmail.com with your complaint and we will endeavor to contact you within 3 days to resolve the issue.
